Circa Property Services is owned and run by experienced Painter and Decorator Christopher Simondwood. Christopher is experienced in all areas of painting and decorating and has over 11 years of experience in the trade. Christopher has built a trustworthy painting and maintenance business based solely on recommendations and repeat business from clients that he has worked with over the years.

 

Circa Property Services has undertaken various painting projects in London and surrounding areas ranging from Schools, Banks, and Churches, high-end painting and decorating of offices and apartments, to detached houses in London and surrounding areas. The team at itself with highly skilled and professional decorators, the business aims to make your next painting project as stress-free and affordable as possible.

 

Circa Property Services not only ensures that all jobs are carried out to the highest standard but that each job is carried out with the utmost courtesy and respect for your home and business. We ensure that protective sheets are placed in appropriate areas, to guarantee that it is fully protected and we will also put back in place any furniture -  all of our work is clean and tidy and fully insured. Along with exceptional work, we also recycle all of our paint containers to align with health and safety requirements.
